Make a donation to help The St. Vrain Historical Society with the continued care, preservation, maintenance, and operational support of “Old” St. Stephen’s Church. Donations will go toward the continued preservation and maintenance projects to ensure that this 1881 church remains protected for the community’s enjoyment and education. The St. Vrain Historical Society, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation, and donations are tax-deductible

Membership to SVHS is open to anyone interested in historic preservation and/or local history. The list of members includes both long-time residents and newcomers of all ages--all of whom share an interest in the heritage of the area in which they live. The projects of the society are carried out by active committees, which allow members to become involved in areas which are of special interest to them. A strong ongoing commitment to preserving the past is evident in the many hours of volunteer service our members donate. Don't forget the matching gift from your employer!

Volunteers are the lifeblood of SVHS, and our organization would be nothing without our 200+ volunteers. Volunteers at SVHS have a wide range of duties/responsibilities including

• Tour Guide/Docent work at our historical sites

• Gardening at Old Mill Park and Hoverhome

• Helping with our education programming, like Pioneer Days

• Assisting with fundraising efforts

• Board and Committee Membership

• Helping out at SVHS antique shows: Strawberry Festival and Pumpkin Pie Days

• Office/Clerical work

• Plus much more!
